张治元,博士,副教授,博士生导师。
2014年~2019年于南开大学化学学院学习,获理学博士学位;2020年至今,任职于天津师范大学化学学院,历任讲师、副教授。主要研究方向为新型超分子大环主体的合成、分子识别以及光功能材料构筑。

科研方面:以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed, Acc. Chem. Res, Aggregate, Chem. Mater, J. Mater. Chem. A, Chem. Sci等。参编书籍Handbook of Macrocyclic Supramolecular Assembly。担任《Chin. Chem. Lett》青年编委,曾担任全国第二十一届大环化学暨第十三届超分子化学学术讨论会秘书长。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,主持天津市自然科学基金、天津市教委基金等。
学生培养方面:坚持“以人为本,因材施教,以实验和科研格物明理,传道与授业有机统一”的教育理念,以学生的全面发展为导向,建立其诚实守信和实事求是的正确价值观;培养学生解决问题的能力,提高科研素养和创新能力。指导的研究生在J. Am. Chem. Soc, Aggregate, Chem. Mater, J. Mater. Chem. A, Chem. Commun 等高水平期刊以第一作者发表论文。
教学方面:在化学学院青年教师教学竞赛中两次获奖。指导本科生获得校级优秀毕业论文。
指导本科生获得第十七届“挑战杯”天津市二等奖,本人获得“天津市优秀指导教师”称号。指导本科生15人次发表 SCI论文。指导研究生获得“天津市研究生科研创新项目”基金。
